Day 13 - WEEK 3!

Ready for Week 3? I just finished Day 13 workout Kickboxing plus Bonus Abs.... Kickboxing is going to be a lot this week! I'm loving it! I just hope that I keep feeling the burn because then I stay motivated to keep going. Good luck this week!

  • I can't believe its already week 3! I am dreading the first part of next week. Lower body overload! This week will be fun, lots of cardio and core. Burning it up!!

    You are right, I see a lot of kickboxing on the schedule! I also see that there is no rest day!
    I am going out of town for Fri/Sat/Sun and I am stressing about missing the workouts!
  • Don't stress Lynne, I'm going to be out of town myself Sat. and Sun. As long as you do something to get your heart rate up, sometimes as simple as jumping jacks in the morning or before you go to bed. Or do some yoga stretches. You'll be okay :) Have a fun, safe trip!
