How many Dewars, that don't normally do it, are doing chocolate today? I've been throwing it around in my brain today and I haven't decided. If I do, something else I have planned to eat is going to have to go or I really am going to have to shovel the walk.

  • The desert for the dinner I am bringing my wife for valentines day today is called a "Triple Chocolate Terrine" (whatever the heck a terrine is), so yes.

I'm not a "No Chocolate" member, I'll have some but not regularly. I did have a cookie today that a coworker brought in.

I LOVE chocolate but don't have a sweet tooth. A full heart-shaped box was passed around the office today too, but I held back.

If someone had offered Tirimasu, I wouldn't have been able to say NO...

I eat chocolate occasionally but would give it up in a minute for a steak & baked potato!

My most favourite chocolates were offered to me today... Lindt Truffle Balls, the ones with the liquid centre...

I managed to turn them down :(

Just 4 of them is about 350calories... and I was already pushing my intake yesterday... boo!!

I don't banish anything from my diet, I just try to stay under my goals :)

*today = yesterday now... there are still remains of Valentines chocolates around though.... so day 2 begins..lol!

I went stupid over. And yes there was chocolate involved. And I'd do it again. Except maybe I'd exercise first so I had a calorie cushion to fall back on.
