Owning It: looking for accountability
I know a LOT about nutrition. I know that that means nothing when you allow an addiction to sugar make up every excuse it can to get its fix. I'm owning it. I'm back to 275lb and I have NO excuses. (on the Less is More Philosophy....) Don't stray from My Fitness Pal or any other resource where it's making a difference in your life. If you find something that works for you, stick to it. Don't waste your time with things that are harmful to you. :flowerforyou: .
Yearly cancer screening tomorrow
Wish me luck... 3 years in remission. Hopefully it stays there. Last year, the day before I had my screening, I ate everything in the house... trying to avoid that to boot.
