well I don't have the calorie counts handy

Chobani 0% with mashed bananas or any berries mixed in...or with protein powder. I've seen someone use hot cocoa mix in it and the freeze it.

Some fudgecicles are low calorie and provide a good alternative for a sweet tooth person. (40 calories)

    String Cheese (60 cal.)

    Yogurt (60-100 cal.)

    Dark Chocolate--Hershey Bliss (35 cal.)

Dried Cranberries (about 20 cal. per Tbsp.)

    Various Fruits

    Pickles (5 cal./spear)

    Olives (20 cal./serving)

Sugar Free Jello (10 cal. for 1/2 cup)

Light Laughing Cow Cheese (35 cal./wedge) (I eat them with 1 serving of goldfish crackers--140 cal. for 55 of them). Celery would be a free food suggestion.

    Sliced Cucumbers (free food)

    Plain Lollipops (20 cal.)

I made strawberry shortcake the other day with a slice of pound cake (frozen section), 2 Tbsp of Cool Whip and 1/2 cup of strawberries. (170 calories). Not the LOWEST but Oh My!

Wheat Toast with ONE Tbsp of Nutella (170 cal.) Also not the lowest but it fills my tummy faster than mini chocolate bars.

If you can avoid processed foods, you should always stick with healthy fresh foods that wont trigger cravings after five minutes of consumption.

No offense but those fudgicles are the worst things out there to have.
