We are only posting at the beginning and at the end of the 30 days. I will add the columns later at the end of your row and set up the formulas so it can do the math and tell you total pounds lost and total inches lost. If you want to do more than just beginning and end then I suggest printing out the sheet and adding it in pencil to the bottom of the sheet so you can keep track. We do beginning and end.
