We will begin our first round of this challenge, when you wake up Monday, Feb. 20, 2012. Over the course of the weekend, I'll get week 1 threads up for use. Looking forward to a successful 6 weeks!

    Get your bladders ready! The challenge for Monday is to drink our 64 ounces of water. Preferably as water, however low sodium, calorie free beverages can be substituted for up to half of your water intake.

    Great! I have good days and bad days when it comes to water, but even my good days should be better. Thirst is just not something I seem to feel except for when I'm working out or while I'm eating. My skin is SO dry this time of year, and that's the main reason I really want to be better about drinking water. Hopefully the challenge will help!

    As long as I've got my trusty decaf tea, I'm good to go!! Truthfully, I never drink enough plain ole water, so I expect this will be tough on the bladder.

    when i drink water it's usually between 3-4 litres, then some days I realise I haven't even had an ounce! can't wait to get this done!
