Weighed in this morning, and I was very surprised. It's been a rough week for me. I've been fighting a cold since Friday and haven't really been on my game at all. I did however successfully stop drinking mt. dew. So here it is!!

2.5 lb loss for the week I didn't try very hard. I'm feeling better today but I don't want to push myself too hard today or tomorrow because I don't want to backslide into being sick.0 -

It looks like lots of you are in my weight range. I think this is going to be a great group. The one true thing that keeps me motivated (and I am sure you will agree) encouraging comments/support from peeps. Other than becoming "MFP Friends" - where can we post our weight losses, exercises done, what works, struggles, etc. I really could benefit from encouragement and if you could too, where on this group could we post such things.0 -
Just joined this group. I have been on MFP for 30 days now and it has been great so far. Every day I seem to be making better lifestyle changes. Looking for a group to keep the motivation going.

Hi All... New to the 100+ Group and this is my first post. I am just getting started with watching my food/calorie intake and have not weighed myself in a while.
