Today (day 1 of the Attack Phase) I ate:

Breakfast
Omelette
Skim milk coffee

Lunch
Basil and ginger stir-fried chicken

Afternoon snack
Cottage cheese
Smoked salmon

Dinner
Whiting (fish)
No fat yogurt tub

Would love to hear what other people are eating, helps me get some new ideas.

    Today (Day 3 of Attack Phase)
    Breakfast:
    Oat Bran with 1/4 C of Lactose Free Skim Milk
    5 Turkey Sausages
    4 Egg Whites

    Lunch:
    Rotisserie chicken breast - no skin

    Snack:
    Chobani FF Vanilla Greek Yogurt

    Going to have for dinner:
    Other Rotisserie chicken breast

    All in all, it's about 1100 calories 24C/45F/125P

    I've definitely been feeling less bloated the last couple of days. My goal is 40lb weight loss from 180 to 140.

    Ooooh just had a shock!! I changed my weight loss from lbs to kgs and thought I'd lost 129 lbs!!!!

    I'm on the 2nd Phase and it was a PV day today. I had oatbran porridge for breakfast. Salad and a boiled egg, followed by a lemon dessert (based on a cheesecake topping mix that I used to make - extra light philadelphia, lemon juice and a little sweetener to taste). For dinner I made some burgers and had that with salad and I may eat some natural yoghurt with sweetener a bit later. I also made up a little tomato dip sauce to go with the burger.

    Would love to view/read about other people's food diaries, so that I can get some ideas as I'm getting bored of fish now (and wasn't really that keen on it to start with).
  • Yesterday: (protein and veggies day)

    Breakfast:
    chicken breast
    tea

    lunch
    Oikos nonfat vanilla yogurt
    raw spinach with blueberry balsamic vinegar and chicken on top (very yummy)

    snacks
    carrots
    tea
    pepperoni stick

    Dinner
    Oikos yogurt with 1.5 TBS oat bran mixed in
    1/3 hamburger patty (Carl's junior)

    Today (PV Day)

    Breakfast: Gingerbread muffin (see dukandiet.co.uk recipe of the week)

    Lunch: 1 slice reduced fat cheese (less than 5% fat), 3 slices ham and some tomatoes, cucumber and red pepper
    1 diet fruit flavoured yoghurt
    1 dukan muffin (vanilla)

    Dinner: steak with a beetroot salad, cucumber and red pepper + carrot/swede mash
    0.1% fat fromage frais with sweetener to taste

    High fibre flakes* + oat bran + skimmed milk
    1 slice low fat ham

    Lunch
    Tin tuna
    Salad +Dukan dressing
    Activia fat free raspberry yoghurt

    Dinner
    Cauliflower cheese with bacon. Homemade so low fat.
    Fat free natural yoghurt

    Snack
    8 almonds -yes I know these aren't allowed but they are high in protein and Vit E.

    * To aid digestion, needed to up my fibre intake!

    @Louisa1979 - do check the activa low fat yoghurts I'm pretty sure they have added fructose or sucrose so aren't allowed.

    Starbucks skinny latte
    M&S Tomato and Basil soup (no added carbs sugar or fat!)
    25g Phillidelphia light
    2 cups of tea
    M&S Rhubarb Yoghurt (digestive aid weighs out sugar content!) with oatbran
    180g of chicken tikka slices
    1 tin of tuna.

    Well according to the book you can have fat free fruit yogs but only 1 or 2 a day. They are only 60-70 calories so it should be fine.
