February miles!

I was asked to do it again, so here it is!
I'm going to let you set your own goals on this. I did 46 miles in January and I didn't start until the 10th.
I would like to do 75 this month to really push myself. I realize there are only 29 days in February, so that means... a little over 2 1/2 miles a day... I think I can swing that! We'll see.
Everyone is welcome. Just come in and set your own goal and then reply here to keep up with your miles.
ALL forms of excercise count! Walking, running, biking, eliptical, swimming, etc.

    I will try to hit 75 with ya. ;-) I am not sure how many i can do because I just started exercising a few weeks ago, but I am going to try.

    4 miles today on stationary bike. I'm going nowhere fast! haha.
    @Melanie I just started working out about 25 days ago. And I have sever arthiritis in my left knee. If I can do it you can too! :D

    not everyone works out 6 days a week, it's ok!!! My cousin lost 100 pounds in 9 months working out 45 minutes 3 times a week. Just do what you can.

    February miles: 50!!!
    Be back on the miles wednesday. I'm taking tomorrow off!
