Hello all,
I am going to start 30DS today and want to make my goal official so I feel like I have to follow through
Current weight: 160
Weigh in on March 1st: _____
Goal weight by March 16th: 152
I'm a full-time college student so overeating (like 3000 calories over) especially before an exam is my weakness. My diet in general isn't too healthy so an 8 lb goal is high aiming.
I'd love to hear your current and goal weight! It'll be motivating to know we're in the same boat
Also, doesn't matter when you start!

I started this on the 13th-today is day 3 for me
SW: 170
Goal weight for 30 days is 162
my plan is to eat right and do the 30 day shred PLUS an additional 30 minutes of cardio everyday.0 -
YAY 8lb goals!
I think I am going to try to add on some cardio also, wouldn't hurt.0 -
im going for the inches lost rather than weight, and i took photos to see if there is a difference, which i will post at the end!0

I'd like to join y'all and start a new round of 30DS too. Although on some days I do RI30 when 30DS get a little repetitive.

I am starting 30MS today too. I don't know what my starting weight is until tomarrow, but I am hoping to just lose weight, as long as I can get on that scale each week and see results then I will be happy.0

I started 30DS earlier this month. I started on level 2 today My goal by by the end is to get back into the 140's (9 pounds our so to go)0

I missed a day (today) and overate. So I feel pretty stupid but I am not going to let it get me down. Tomorrow is a new day and I can make up for today and right this wrong lol.0
