Sorry about the caps peeps, but I am just so excited. I was browsing baking recipes and stumbled accross this:

It looks absolutely devine :o)

7g carbs per 1/8th of the cake, so while its not super low it is not the eye wateringly high amount of 75g carbs per serving as per "normal" Red velvet cake.

You can also make the cake into individual cupcakes.

Ingredients such as erythritol and coconut flour are available on amazon.

I'll let you know how it goes & post a pic when I make it next Sat (25th) for my Dad's birthday.

    The recipe & method is in the above link. I havent made it yet, I will be doing next week once Ive sourced the ingredients.
