This weeks challenge will be minutes of exercise. The challenge will run Monday-Saturday. Get your sweat on and post your minutes here. Hopefully a great cardio week will also help our February 100 lb challenge too!
Remember friends, this is a challenge! Designed to make you push yourself for that extra mile! The goal is to CHALLENGE yourself, not just do what you would do in a normal week.
Happy sweating!

I'm new to the group so this will be my first time taking part of the Weekly Challenge. I can't wait.
Good luck to all!
Cheers!0 -
I'm just starting to think about exercising. What do you do? I can't walk very far. So I'm thinking maybe a stationary bike?0

If you are new to exercise I would start with walking. The bike is also a great option if you have access to one or a gym membership. Even if you cant walk very far right now, just get up every hour on the hour and walk for a few minutes. It all adds up at the end of the day and you will find yourself going farther and farther!
When I first started exercising I did the Walk Away the Pounds dvd's, now I do all kinds of things from lifting weights, to kickboxing to Zumba. As long as you keep moving your body, you will get stronger and it will get easier.0 -

I always meant for the challenges to be Mon-Sat to give us one day without having to worry about something. But with different people creating the challenges each week, things get switched up. Sunday is the only day i don't exercise so I definitely wasn't moving today!0
