Any changes you've made as a result of your illness?

I've given up wheat and dairy. I recently ate some cookies and a hotdog with a bun. It was a huge mistake. I had a FM flare and so much pain. I decided that I'm done with wheat for good!     My changes are eating no grains, starches or fruits. My diabetes makes this my best choice. I am no longer cramping and bloating like I had been.
