Good morning everyone!
This weeks challenge:
START: Monday feb 20, 2012
FINISH: Sunday feb 26, 2012
last week we didnt have any workout so this week we will work HARD!
basic run = 20 min or more
jack-knife = 30 or more
lunges = 10 or more
plank= 10 sec or more
obstacle course = Try to finish all the courses
island cycling = 10 min or more
keep fit and have fun. PLEASE post your results!
ZUMBA players add 10 min extra to this challenge!

may substitute elliptical for running & give it a try0

ok, finally did some yesterday so not really doing it everyday, oops.
I did obstacle course ( I only have beginner so far) - 227 points.
bike - 13 minutes
lunge - 10 each leg
couldn't find planks, maybe it hasn't popped up on mine yet so did parallel stretches. I did better than I thought, 10 sec hold twice.
running - 20 min.
Total calories 39 min - 288 cals.
hopefully do again today.0 -
Didn't get to do the Wii...getting new stove and TV so I have been moving furniture and household items making extra room for my delieveries (they come today yeah)....however I have been making sure to get in some extra walking at work during the day...
tomight and tomorrow I will be moving the furniture and stuff back so I will be moving moving moving0 -
