Oh my prayers have been answered.. Up the Irish (this should help us help each other, no more of the 'USA type food recipe's maybe, time for some Irish meals (nothing meant by that but so many foods are so different and i often get bored with my cooking.
Sorry .... I'm from Wexford, the Sunny South East.
History: I've been on here about a year, reached my goal weight but slowly.... now on maintenance but struggling. Love this MFP and think it works, once you've your head in the right place YOU CAN DO IT!
Welcome and hope to have many fun chats, discussions, disagreements maybe and recipe sharing with you all.0 -

Hi all great to see one or two others from Wicklow
I moved to Rathdrum in Wicklow from Dublin about 15 years ago - still a blow -in.
For the first time in my life I am struggling with weight gain, didn't know how lucky I was when I could eat anything. At the ripe old age of 51 I have an underactive thyroid and about 30lbs to loose. Here's hoping!0 -
Could I be so bold as to ask you all to vote for the kids from our local school,
They are singing their little hearths out for Ireland.
