DId this for the first time this AM! LOVE LOVE LOVE It. Oh wow, intense w/o even knowing it. Really got a great work out in. This is not strength training with just lifting weight, it's active movements. I love my kettlebell routines so much, this is right up there with functional strength.

    We moved on to phase three this week. So we did this workout this morning. It was non-stop intense and had me sweating throughout. Plyometric push-ups and medicine ball planks over and over again. It was crazy! But I didn't hate it. I was very surprised that I was able to do those med ball planks!
