How's everyone doing?
Looks like we, myself included, have been slacking on posting here! How is everyone liking X2 so far? What phase are you in and how long are you going to stay in it? I am in the third week of phase two, and I am not sure how long I will stay in it. I am liking doing more lifting, but curious what phase 3 is like.

Heres my only complaint on P90X2. It takes forever for the actual workout to start! You go through 2 or 3 warnings about doing the exercises, then a Wowy bit, then you chose the workout, then you chose how you want to watch it, then you watch a bit on the workout in slow motion, and then you finally get to the workout. PAP Upper
DId this for the first time this AM! LOVE LOVE LOVE It. Oh wow, intense w/o even knowing it. Really got a great work out in. This is not strength training with just lifting weight, it's active movements. I love my kettlebell routines so much, this is right up there with functional strength.

X2 Chest and Back
I have yet to do this workout today but wanted to start a thread for those who have. What did you think? My husband and I watched it last night, and it seems pretty daunting! I am wishing I had a chin up assist band and a better pull up bar, to be able to do pull ups more efficiently. I just might order it soon!

X2 Base & Back
I liked this workout, it was different. It was alternating pull ups with plyo moves. My HR was up. I would have been happier doing the pull ups if I had a chin up assist but I modified. I always love doing the high intensity plyo moves too!
