I liked this workout, it was different. It was alternating pull ups with plyo moves. My HR was up. I would have been happier doing the pull ups if I had a chin up assist but I modified. I always love doing the high intensity plyo moves too!

I am doing this one tonight instead of tomorrow and starting week 2 tomorrow instead of Monday ... crazy schedule but have to make things work.

wow was this a fun workout! I loved it and am trying to use less and less resistance with the chin up assist so I am doing more on my own then with the bands. I used 5lb weights with the Plyo lunges. So far Shoulders and Arms is my fave of Phase 2. I am going to do V Sculpt tomorrow because I can't do it monday and I don't want to skip Yoga again next week.0
