    personally I have never bothered with the stuff - and just use GF flour (I use Dove) I can't wait! last year I went without - but this year I'm getting my pancakey goodness!

    Pancakes usually do just fine without any gums. Especially if they contain eggs.

    I have gluten free pancake mix! It's amazing and tastes great :D
