Just wanted to say, I've been quit for one year as of 02/10/2012 with the help of Nicoderm CQ patches. If I can do this, I believe anyone can! I hope it gives others the courage to kick the habit! No doubt is is a long road but I think we can all do this with support from family, friends & new friends we meet in support groups like this one.
