Hi everyone. I am so in love with TurboFire! I'm really pleased with my results thus far so hopefully putting myself on blast like this :blushing: will help to encourage anyone considering the program or just starting out to see just how effective Ms Chalene's workouts are. Love her! I started on 1/25/12 intending to complete the 5day Inferno Plan. I got through 3 days then caught a horrible cold & couldn't workout for 3 days. Once I stopped coughing long enough to start again I decided to just begin the regular schedule so I'm actually only in week 3 of that but since I had done the 3 days of Inferno & started my TurboTracker already I just decided to count 4 weeks from when I started the Inferno plan.

STATS: before/now (if anyone's interested I'll share the specifics but here's the summary)

Weight: 223/215
Total Inches: 230.5/222.5

So that's strangely enough minus 8 lbs & 8 inches! Must be my lucky number?

Here's my pics: 1st time posting so hopefully it works (my 6yr old took the befores & my 11yr old took the nows so tried to have her match the distances & angles as best as possible.

I still have a LONG way to go (65lbs to be exact) but I'm on my way!!

Oh, I also started C25K last week, today was only my 5th walk/run so I totally attribute my progress to TurboFire!

Wow!! Great Job. Your results are a real inspiration for me to keep on going. i am only in week 1 of turbo, and was just thinking to day that I would go back to the "PREP" schedule, cause i just dont think I m getting it. But its fun! and i cant wait till see results, even if only a little. Your results are very good though!! What a bpdy change especiallyin the mid section. WOW!!! YOU ROCK!! Thanks so much! Yes just stick with it, push hard every workout & it will pay off for you! C25K is short for couch to 5k. It's a
9 week schedule to slowly transition you into running a full 5k without stopping. It has alternating brisk walk & run intervals of varying lengths which gradually over the weeks the run intervals increase while the walk intervals decrease until you are just running.
