Daily intake goals - how do I know??

How do I know what my daily goals should be? I just edited my settings so that my max carbs are 100. (50 net carbs) or 25% of my daily intake. This bumped my protein to 45% and fat to 30%. Does this sound right or should the protein be higher? I also am trying to keep below 50 net carbs and 1550 calories per day. I have pcos so staying low sugar is important for me. I welcome any and all suggestions. I am new at this.

    Totally depends on what you want. This forum has people doing low carb but that varies quite a bit. What diet are you following? I am doing keto. I have my ratios set at 5% carbs, 70% fat and 25% protein. I average about ~ 1500 calories a day.
