I encourage all of you to implement sustainable changes for a lifestyle change. Do more than just loss weight. Loss weight and keep it off. Re-program yourself to be excited about eating healthy and exercising. And yes....I am preaching to the choir.

I thoroughly enjoyed Sunday. I have worked out or at least walked everyday since then. It is so motivating when we all work towards a common goal! Lets go TEAM SARTA!!!0
