OK, SO I have gotten a couple complaints over the weekend that the routines are not exciting and its practically the same 4 things. So here is the thing. I too work a full time job. I do my best getting these together for everyone. Yes they are redundant, however these are NOT to replace your workouts. These are to be in addition to your workouts. The purpose is to get us off our *kitten* while at work. SO, because of the complaints. Today is now Squats day. SO... SHUT UP AND SQUAT! (Can you tell I was in the military?)
