New to Paleo

Ok, so here's my deal. Today I started a 30 day Paleo overhaul. I am working with a Body Tech Nutritionist who supports treating hypothyroidism with diet (yay). I am still on my levothyroxin, but I am now using Crossfit, heavy lifting, and diet to boost my metabolism and give my thyroid a "break." At least that is the picture I see in my head. I prepared for this change by getting in my gallon of water/day and reducing my simple carbs. Right now I am on a high protein and fat diet with very little carbs (those in some veggies and what little is in eggs!?). I am on no dairy with the exception of 2 ounces of full fat cheese/day.
I would love some support and friends who share this life style. I have already replaced 3 pounds of fat with muscle and I feel amazing! I can't wait to get deeper into this life style. Anyone in a similar boat??

I try to maintain a paleo lifestyle. Feel free to add me as a friend. I don't eat dairy, minus using a whey isolate when I don't meet my protein levels with natural sources. I eat 40% protein, 40% fat, and 20% carbs. I have a long list of paleo/primal recipes that I love sharing.

I am pretty new just started week number 4 and so far love it. I am also hypothyroid and take synthroid so weight loss has always been a struggle but in the first three weeks I lost 7lbs and have a ton of energy...please feel free to add me, I would love support of a newbie who is also hypo...:)0
