Adding Net Carbs

Does anyone know how to add NC to our tracking numbers?? I saw this but can't figure it out...unless I am doing it wrong!

    I tried and followed the directions. It just gave me a page with all the script text. I use Mozilla Firefox. I'm not sure if maybe you'll get different results with internet explorer.

    You don't need a special tool - just add a Fiber column as one of your tracking columns, then subtract fiber from carbs to get "net carbs."

    That is all the tool does...it can't help you when it comes to sugar alcohols.

    I know how to add fiber and subtract it to get NC but the site shows NC added to their diary....I was attempting to do the same thing that they show in their picture. I also got the page with a script when I attempted to do it.....thanks for trying and also thanks for suggesting the fiber :) I'm already doing that!

    do u mean .. on someones diary you were looking at there was a meal that already had the carbs - fiber to make the net carbs? you would have to add it into the database with the net carb count . .if you do choose to do this, please name the item with something similar to net carb amt . does this help u at all?
