    My biggest problem was going out socialising and drinking too much! so I have given up booze for March (started yesterday though!) and cutting out all the junk.. so a March Challenge sounds good x

    Biggest weight insecurity: My stomach, my thighs and my arms. I like my legs, my bum, my chest. But I hate sort of that mid section!

    Inspiration: Reverse my 'fatty' liver which is not causing me problems, prevent future health problems. I'm taking this road slowly, but surely since November, but more seriously since the start of the New Year, have sped up the process.

    I'd like to lose 2-3 kg this month if I can, would be great.
