I saw someone else's post about fit test results and was thinking the same thing... So here goes.

I pushed myself as hard as I could without losing form. I'm going to give it my all. I need to see results!!

Switch Kicks 70
Power Jacks 50
Power Knees 85
Power Jumps 30
Globe Jumps 8
Suicide Jumps 11
Push-Up Jacks 15
Low Plank Oblique 50

Good luck everyone... You can do this! I can't wait to see the changes in 2 weeks.

    I did my second fit test today. I want to first say my son's father text me the wrong number for my switch kicks.

    Below are my Day 1 Fitness Test Results for 2/27/2012:

    Switch Kicks: 37 (each leg for a total of 74)
    Power Jacks: 36
    Power Knees: 71 (using right knee)
    Power Jumps: 22
    Globe Jumps: 7
    Suicide Jumps: 10
    Push up Jacks: 12
    Low Plank Oblique: 12

    Hi!
    I wanna join in, I actually started the program 28/02 but decided to do both the fit test and the first workout on the same day so my days would stay correct. Yesterday I had a 12 hour work day since a co-worker was sick but I STILL did my workout, so proud!

    Anyway, here are my results from the fit test on tuesday:

    Switch kicks 82
    Power Jacks 31
    Power knees 67
    Power jumps 22
    Globe Jumps 6 + 3single jumps
    Suicide jumps 15
    Push up jacks 12
    Low plank oblique 31

    I started Insanity about a month ago and have only been doing it 3-4 days a week.
    Here are my results for the 1st fit test:

    Switch kicks 63
    Power Jacks 58
    Power knees 81
    Power jumps 33
    Globe Jumps 7
    Suicide jumps 16
    Push up jacks 17
    Low plank oblique 45

    I decided yesterday to do the second fit test, and here are my results:

    Switch kicks 63
    Power Jacks 61
    Power knees 98
    Power jumps 44
    Globe Jumps 11
    Suicide jumps 20
    Push up jacks 22
    Low plank oblique 64

    That comes to a difference of:
    Switch kicks 0
    Power Jacks 3
    Power knees 17
    Power jumps 11
    Globe Jumps 4
    Suicide jumps 4
    Push up jacks 5
    Low plank oblique 19

    Apparently I still really hate switch kicks, and my abs have gotten rockin'!

    Now I'm really gonna get down to business, actually follow the schedule and eat right. i'm excited to see my next improvements!

    i've got about 60 lbs to lose, so I guess these aren't as bad as I thought they were gonna be. I hope to see some progress :-{

    Even though i've only been doing it for 1 weeks, I've lost 6 pounds and a total of 3.5 inches around my waist and hips!
    Time to dig deep on week 2!

    I'm currently in week 6. I was part of a different group that just went stale. No one was posting to it.
    I was checking out this group and it looks like you guys are really into it. I'm losing a bit of motivation in the last few weeks and I'm just seeking for some support to help me finish strong.
