Average water intake per day--When I'm at work during the week, I am very good about drinking water. I usually drink about four or five 32 oz. cups of water during work! On the weekends, I am not good. I drink a lot of diet soda and I know this needs to change.
Average workout time per day--Currently, I do not workout. This is the area in which I really struggle with motivation.
Biggest weight insecurity--Stomach and face/double chin

Biggest weight insecurity: My side squish. For whatever reason, my tummy is flat, but my weight is congregated on my sides. I always have side fat and its ugly and I'm very self conscious about it.
Inspiration: My boyfriends mother is 45 years old and weighs 120 lbs. She is about 5'2'', but also works out and eats right everyday. If she can do it, so can I! Im going to my cousins wedding in April and I want to look and FEEL good about myself!
