this week is going to be a combo challenge its on net carbs just subtract your total fiber from total carbs and get net carbs if you disagree about net carbs just look at it as a double challenge low carbs and high fiber
it will run monday to saturday i hope this will help challenge each of you to pay more attention to your diet
the winner will get to pick next weeks challenge good luck and i hope we get alot of participation this week
