I did 6w6p level 2, day 1 yesterday... so many hard moves to get used to!! wow! and the worst >.> my bottom legs are so sore every step i walk hurts.. steps are even worse.... noooo so a little soreness in my thighs, a lot in my bottom legs and some soreness in my upper back... hey belly wake up!!.>.<
I am about to do level 2 for the 2nd time and read this. I felt it in my legs too and not so much my abs on this level. Will let you all know how level 2 goes for me later. Really not looking forward to it. I think the reps are too fast.0 -
Dragged myself to do 6P again tonight. Found the moves a bit easier but it is a mean workout!0
