Best way to follow diet when you have allergies?

I have celiacs disease which means I'm allergic to wheat, rye and barley. So no breads or wraps or anything like that for me...any advice on how to follow the diets but change them to be edible to someone like myself? I'm also doing the Body by Vi shakes (90 day challenge), can I just use those to replace some of the meals such as the waffles?

  • Yes, but remember you're not having any of those things during the first three weeks anyway. You wouldn't be adding in the whole wheat (if you could have it) until week 4. Best of luck! Go rock it!! Amy
