I'm new and just starting. We're leaving for Hawaii in 5 wks and my question is this. What kind of results can you expect in that time frame? Of course I know getting active and eating better is the best bet regardless of time lines, but I'm short, 5"2' if I'm lucky, and have about 10 - 15 lbs to go. I tried Jenny Craig before and doing that and exercising lost 10 lbs in 8 wks. I don't want to starve and exercise myself to death between now and 5 wks just to fit into summer clothes.
I'm super busy w/4 kids, but read Amy has 6... wow, this program sounds doable.

Hi Sammy,
You will get 110% of what you put in to the program. Most people that I know personally have lost up to 5 pounds the first week. Track your food and workouts like it's your new religion. I look forward to following your progress. Make sure to post on FB / sixweekstoskinnyjeans.
