    Getting ready to do core 20 and stretch 40...my least favorite, but I'm following the schedule to a T so I get the best results possible. I don't have a heart monitor yet, how much do you guys usually burn when you do the core 20 and stretch 40 together?

    Today is my Rest day, but yesterday (last night at 10:30pm) I did HIIT 25.

    Can't believe I'm in the middle of week 3 already. It's going quickly.

    Fire 45 and Stretch 10. I had been a little low energy for the past couple of days and I was struggling through some of the workouts. I noticed that I hadn't drank my one cup of coffee on those days, so I added it back in this morning...wow, what a difference a little java can make! Course, I guess that could have been a coincidence.

    Fire 30 last night; I did find it easier than the first time i did it. :) Tonight's class is Fire 55EZ!

    I did Fire55EZ. I had the worst headache before I began and what do you know? No headache after I was finished! :D So thrilled about that. I am doing the inferno plan and Fire55EZ is the easy day of that!
