When you train, don't put that you did 3 hours training if you were in a 3 hour class. Just put your "on" time where you're actually rolling or drilling escapes or actually sweating.

That's strict broseph. If I say I'm working out and that consists of watching When Harry Met Sally, I should be able to count all of those calories burnt. It takes work to shed tears into my popcorn.0

How do people determine exactly how many calories were burned while traneing UFC?0

I have the same problem with the Insanity workouts, don't know how to register them, most of the time I just put them like 'calisthenics vigorous effort'0

I would probably list the Insanity workouts as "Torture - Vigorous and violent"0
