Well, my therapist recommended that I go back to the eating disorder institute in Fargo for some help with the binge eating. So, that's what I'm going to do, whether my husband agrees with me or not. I scheduled an appointment for April 4, as that's the soonest they could schedule me. But, yeah, it's pretty bad. I'm binging about 4 or 5 days out of the week, and get so full that I wind up throwing up at least 1 of those days. So...I think it's time.

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with BED so much, but I am also so happy to hear that you are going to get help for it! If my insurance would cover counseling/therapy I know I would seek professional help0

That is wonderful that you are able to, and are getting help. Sorry it is so long away but I'm sure it will be worth it.
Have you had therapy for this before or is it your first time?
