I liked the look of the February challenge thread so I thought I'd start this one for March. All that's required to join is a desire to loose a lb a week for the month of March. Feel free to declare a greater weight loss aim. Personally I'm going to try for more but I'll keep my aim at a lb a week so that it is achievable - especially because I have just returned to mfp after several months oasis and don't want to set myself up too much of a challenge right off the bat.

Post if you're keen to take part :-)

I figure something like a weekly cheek-in would be a good way to go

    Good luck but make sure you eat enough.. do not want your body to go into starvation mode.

    I'm in too.. Pushing for 2lbs a week. I have 93 days left until I ride out of SF with 2000 of my closest friends on a bicycle trip to LA. Would like to loose as much as possible before then. The less I have to carry with me up hills the better!

    I'm in!! 2 lbs a week for me! I always forget to check in with my weight though. I forgot all the time with the FEb challenge. WE CAN DO THIS!!!

    lol Yeah that will never happen haha!! I eat plenty. You can check in on me in my food diary though. It's open to my friends. I plan on kicking up the activity and exercise for the weight loss this month. I have a bad back so thats what usually keeps me from doing stuff but I'm not giving in to the pain. Once I loose some more weight my back wont hurt as bad. Hopefully. Fingers crossed.
