I'm having issues losing weight on it as well. I'm training with a trainer too. I don't know if it's the shakes or what, because so many others are dropping weight like crazy. It's disheartening for sure.

I blame myself a lot for it second guessing everything I do. I eat almost perfectly, I work out, yet in over 2 months only lost 13 lbs (I have a LOT to lose). I thought about switching to another shake but I think my trainer would be PISSED since he put me on it. Last thing I need is him quitting on me.

How's the rest of your cal. count and stuff? Hope it straightens itself out for you :)

I was doing better just using , myfitnesspal.com. Then my daughter wanted me to try this. now i've got money in it.sooo im going to try soy milk. What kind of milk are you using.?
I'm staying to 1200 cal. I have to start working out again. just can't get started. We live in the country, so the Y is 20 miles away. Have to walk in our back pasture. and it's muddy now. LOL I could use my trendmill . just being lazy.

Does your trainer think this will start working for you at some point ? ( does he sell it ?? )
Keep up the good work ,w\b Tammy

Yeah he sells it..just hit his reward..he's a great guy. I have money in it too now. Oy vey.

I use mostly almond milk in mine..the unsweetened kind. Actually less cals than milk, about half the amount. It's more expensive but butter for you too. you could try water, they are good that way too. Just put some flavor in it say some cinnamon or decaf coffee or something? Just a thought.

I workout with my trainer a few times a week but he has me workout most days. I have a treadmill and use it pretty much every day. I'm still not losing very fast. It may be I'm an isolated incident. I'm not sure. Very frustrating. He thinks it'll work but it's been over 2 months.
I don't know how long I'm supposed to give it. I feel like trying something else. We'll see... Any activity is ok..don't need a gym. I work out with him in my condo (on skype)..so I don't have a REAL gym anyhow. Keep at it!
