Leg Cramps

Today will be D5 L1 for me - I have noticed the past couple of days that after the first circuit (jimping jacks and the jump rope) my legs want to cramp!!! Is anyone else having this issue? I have been eating bananas - probably need to be drinking more water though.

Other than the cramps though - I am loving it so far - I'm actually excited to go home and work out everyday...Can't wait to move onto Level 2!!!

    Today I did D5 L1 and I'm scared to death to do level 2! You must be a lot tougher than me! I have been doing it in my classroom after school with another teacher. It's fun to get together and we are proud of ourselves, but we think it is hard! Today was the first day that I did every single jumping jack (still not doing all the jump rope part - I just bounce towards the end!) My legs were REALLY sore the first two days but they are feeling better. No cramping, but it sounds like you are doing it more accurately than me. :embarassed:
  • I'm not saying the Level 1 is easy - I'm just ready to hear Jullian say something else :laugh: I know I could probably turn it down and turn the radio on but I need her to push me at certain points... I am still really enjoying it - even though the cramps thing is still a problem...maybe I need to stretch more before...IDK.
