Good Morning!

I skipped out on my normal morning workout and did yoga instead. I did a 8:30pm Zumba class and was lacking the energy I needed to get through my workout. Will pick it up after work.

How is everyone else doing today?

    Week 3 Day 2 done. I am definitely feeling this level in my shoulders and arms. Ouch. But a good ouch, I suppose, if there is such a thing.

    i went on a run today instead of my DVD, i will probably do it later tonight though. my muscles were SO SORE yesterday, now i feel great though. Ready to work those muscles again. :D

    w1d2 complete again . . . it is much easier this time around.

    I'm on W3D6 last day of w3 tomorrow! I used 8lb weights for the first time today and I love that I can feel the burn while I'm doing the workout. I'm very excited for week 4! I can't wait to see the results!
