HaPpY FrIdAy LaDiEs!! :bigsmile: Thank for joining this group. I'm not quite sure how it works, but I'm hoping any of us can post. This can be a place celebrate, encourage, share tips, or just vent about whatever is on your mind. Weight loss has ALWAYS been a struggle for me, but I feel like I am on the right track this time. I have my daily chats with Wendy, my touch bases (always encouraging) with Judy, and my new running partner, Nikki. This weekend will be a challenge, my dad is coming into town, but I will still journal everything. That's my goal this weekend. What's your goal? xoxo

  • Thanks for inviting me to the group. My goal for the weekend is to keep my eating under control when we go to Galveston on Sunday because I know we will be eating out. Also, I want to kick up the exercise and do some strength training. My biggest problem is staying out of the kitchen at night...by far my biggest demon!

    Hi Ladies!!! So glad all of you are taking this journey with me, or me with you ;) It's going to be well worth all the pain, sweat and tears that we for sure will endure to reach our goals!! I'm excited to live a happier, longer &, healthier life and for some silly reason actually enjoying working out, maybe it's because for once I'm taking time for myself! So lets rock this together ladies and start accomplishing some of our goals! Good luck to all....
