Heres my only complaint on P90X2. It takes forever for the actual workout to start! You go through 2 or 3 warnings about doing the exercises, then a Wowy bit, then you chose the workout, then you chose how you want to watch it, then you watch a bit on the workout in slow motion, and then you finally get to the workout.

I know you can FF some of it but ....

Now that I've been doing this for a couple of months. I have the warmup done before the DVD kicks in!

    I agree! The workouts are great, but I'm not loving the warm-ups, and I'm just not sold on the foam roller stuff. Thank goodness for fast forward! :)

    I completely agree! You can FF through the BB advertising but not the warnings and it drives me nuts sometimes!
