Unfortunately mother nature visited me today so I am cramping too badly to do much exercise. Buying some Midol tonight and doubling it up tomorrow. I WAS 1.4 pounds lighter this morning though!!0

March Challenge day 1 - jumping jacks. check! (Sorry! too busy yesterday to log them here!)
March Challenge day 2 - 30 minutes cardio. check!
Did 10 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes stationary bike.
Didn't feel like doing it after preparing and cooking for, then cleaning up after 70 people for dinner...... exhausted.
But this commitment to myself was too important!0 -

Good thing I keep a w.l. journal. On March 2nd I did 37 mins of Brazilan Butt Lift cardio.0 -
i did a cardio barre class at my gym. it was a lot of jumping and a little bit of strength work. felt like a dufus, but i did it anyway. nice work everyone.0
