I'm a 34 yr old L.E.O. in Pa. My goal is to get back down to 230lbs, which is the weight I was at when I started my career in Law Enforcement. I work out at a local LA Fitness and I just started bicycling again. I've been using the Android Myfitnesspal app for about a month now and I have lost 30 lbs.

    Just joined myself. 63 year old leo/Marine Warden in maine. Still struggling with the computer age. Not about to give up. Be safe.
    My goal is to work a lttle longer, and live a lot longer.
