HI all .. I'm up for this
I really need to boost my weight loss - been stuck at the same weight for a YEAR !!! (but at least I've maintained by 25kilo lost !!)
so 20lb is about 9 kilos ... and I'd love to think I can do that in 8 weeks
my weight at last weigh in was 84 kilos (approx 185lb)
so goal would be 75 kilos
my weigh in day is Wednesday - i hope that works with here - as I try not to weigh in more than once ... (i TRY lol)
looking forward to having some additional support in my goal0 -
