Week 3 Day 4 done. The duck walk things went much better this time around.

Made myself workout tonight even though I feel like it at all. Horrible weekend of eating. Hoping to start over tomorrow! And yes I hate the duck walks!0

Week 3 is killing my knees! Am I the only one?
I did 6pack and ripped back to back but went back to week 2. I tried to do week 3 right after 30 minutes of 6pack so that could be why my knees were so tired. I will try again when I don't do another workout before.0
