I would like to be down to 190lbs by March 20th (my birthday) and out of the "obese" category and into "overweight" (so 169lbs) by the end of the challenge.

I'd like to 'add' my goals too, if thats OK?
Goal #1: To be (at least) 139 by March 23rd (when I leave on vacation)
Goal #2: To be 134 ('again') by the end of May.
