6 Week Six-Pack

I just did it today for the first time. While I'm not sweating as much as after 30DS, my abs, lower back and sides feel RIPPED! In a good way! Without doing a single crunch either.

Anyone else doing 6 Week Six-Pack?

    Finished the second day. My neck was kind of sore doing some of the moves. Gotta work on my form. But overall still very challenging. My midsection (front, lower back and obliques) were intensely SORE this morning.
  • I just did this workout today....I have done it before in the past but not for a long time. I forgot how awesome this workout is! Hopefully I can keep it up, it's a good one

    Me too. I did Level one of 6w6p this morning. I hadn't done it for a while so I had to pause the DVD a few times to get the hang of some of the moves!!!

    I timed it yesterday it took 33 minutes with warmup and cool down. That was for level 2.

    I am currently doing level 2 and I wont exaggerate when I say I sweat like a pig. Level 2 is so much more advanced than level 1 and you will feel the workout. This is my 4 week on it but my second week doing level 2. I am getting better everyday and the results so far are great too.

  • I am doing 6 week six pack and 30 day shred every day together. I have to say this is the best decision I have ever made. I feel such a difference. I feel stronger and more defined and toned in all parts of my body. I cannot wait for day 30 to see the final results!
