183 lbs..

Looking foward to lose 10lbs this month!

And the reason why i know it is possible to lose that amount by running is i did it in the past

I ran like 5 or 6 times a week and and lost 12lbs in 3 weeks with no dieting!!

    My very very starting weight? Was 263 :) Not so much anymore. I'm 5' 10", btw.

    My original starting weight was 180. I am currently 131. I am not looking to lose much weight, but I need to tone my legs and kick up the cardio.

    my starting weight was 210ibs and its down to 195ibs and i hope to lose another 20ibs

    My original starting weight was around 208lbs. I'm currently down to 185lbs. I would like to lose another 15-20lbs.

    My starting weight is 168 and 5'4. I would love to lose at least 8-10 this month. I have a lot of events coming up and would love to lose the weight I need to.
