Starting Weight
183 lbs.. Looking foward to lose 10lbs this month! And the reason why i know it is possible to lose that amount by running is i did it in the past I ran like 5 or 6 times a week and and lost 12lbs in 3 weeks with no dieting!! Post your starting weight here.
Do you love or hate Jogging?
My answer to that is, i love runnung!! though it is so hard to get started, once i do start i sooo love it! what about you?
